ABOUT JANNAH
Kia Ora, I’m Jannah and I joined the team at Lifestyle Physiotherapy in 2026 after graduating from the University of Otago. Prior to completing my physiotherapy degree, I graduated with an Applied Science degree, majoring in Nutrition and Anatomy.
I’m originally from the Manawatū and have spent the past four years living in both Dunedin and Hawke’s Bay while completing my studies.I have a strong passion for sport and have played a wide range throughout my life, including netball, hockey, basketball, squash, with rugby remaining the most consistent from a young age. I have played at both club and representative level and have also been involved with men’s and women’s club rugby teams as a sports medic while studying.
This experience helped me develop a practical, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation and injury management, which I now apply when working with patients of all activity levels.I choose physiotherapy because of the practical work it offers and the opportunity to work with people of all ages in a variety of settings.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing and watching sport, discovering new running tracks and trails, exploring new cafés with friends, travelling, and maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle.
