Lifestyle Physiotherapy is a registered health provider with ACC in Hamilton & Ngāruawāhia
You do not need a referral to be treated at our clinics. We are able to provide you with the forms and lodge your ACC claim from our clinic on your first visit. If you do have a referral form from your GP, please bring this with you. If ACC does not accept your claim, you will be charged for the full cost of treatment. Our receptionists will help if you have any concerns regarding this.
Due to changes ACC made in 2009, we have a surcharge to cover the cost of your treatment. The charges are listed below.
