Originally from Australia, Liv recently relocated to the Waikato and brings over five years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She has a special interest in women's health and chronic, complex conditions, using personalised, evidence-based exercise and education to help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Outside of work, Liv enjoys running, exploring nature, and relaxing with a good book or knitting.

Will ACC cover my costs?

Unfortunately Exercise Physiology is not covered by ACC. See our fees page for private costs involved with these services. 

Do I need a referral?

You don't need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist, however, where possible we will communicate with other health providers that are involved in your care.
