GAIL WHARAKURA - RECEPTIONIST

My name is Gail Wharakura and I’ve been Practice Manager at Lifestyle Physiotherapy since 2014. I am based in our Ngaruawahia clinic, but oversee the daily running of both practices. 

My work experience has included being the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages in Hamilton and I then undertook the role of Executive Officer at Ngaruawahia High School for 19 years.

I was born and bred in the Far North and have lived in Ngaruawahia for over 40 years now. I’m now considered one of the locals! I have three sons who have all made exciting lives for themselves overseas along with my ever-expanding number of grandchildren.

I really enjoy working at Lifestyle Physiotherapy, getting acquainted with local folk and meeting more new faces every day. The team are very friendly and professional, and I love working with them to help create a welcoming environment for all our clients.
