ABOUT ARIANA

Kia ora,

Ko Ariana tōku ingoa. Nō Ngāti Maru (Hauraki), nō Ngāti Porou, nō Maniapoto ahau.

I have a special interest in musculoskeletal and women's health physiotherapy. I enjoy working alongside people through every stage of life—from sporting injuries and persistent pain to pelvic floor concerns.

Having spent over 20 years dancing, including ballet, I also have a particular understanding of common injuries experienced by dancers. As a physiotherapist, I believe that understanding your body is one of the most powerful tools for healing. My goal is not only to reduce pain, but to help you understand why you're experiencing it, giving you the knowledge to manage your own health long after you leave the clinic.

Alongside clinical practice, I am passionate about community engagement and improving health outcomes for whānau. Whether I'm working with athletes, kapa haka groups or in high schools, my focus is on empowering people with the knowledge to care for themselves.

Outside of work, I'm a proud māmā of two and love spending time with my whānau. You'll usually find me keeping active, enjoying dance and Pilates, and exploring the outdoors.
