About Welmè

My name is Welmè Martins (pronounced Vel-may). I grew up in South Africa but spent some time all over the world and now call New Zealand home.

I bring a diverse background from Personal training to Nutrition in the healthcare setting with me, which fuels my passion for healthcare. 

I am proud to be a part of the Lifestyle Physio team as a receptionist and aim to bring care, compassion and a friendly face to our patients.
