ABOUT AIMEE

Kia ora! My name is Aimee, and I have recently returned to Lifestyle Physiotherapy after working here in 2023/2024.

I graduated from AUT in 2018 and spent my first few years as a physiotherapist at Waikato Hospital where I found my passion for women’s health, waking up every day excited to go to work. In 2021, I moved into the community to start my career in pelvic health and have helped set up pelvic health services in three different clinics within Kirikiriroa. Over the years, I have also had the pleasure of working with both men’s and women’s rugby teams.

I am currently working part-time as I finish my Masters in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (due to be completed July 2026). I have a lot of new skills and knowledge in women’s musculoskeletal rehab and (men’s and women’s) pelvic health that I am looking forward to utilising with clients. I prioritise a mix of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, with a large focus on patient-centered care.

In my spare time I compete in weightlifting, and I spend as much time as possible outdoors – often hiking or relaxing by the water. I look forward to meeting you!
